Oficina Técnica de Estudios y Control de Obras, S. A. (OFITECO) was set up by young engineers who were concerned about the safety and the environmental impact of big civil works like dams, bridges, tunnels, etc. Regarding dams, we not only are concerned about their structural safety, but also their hydraulic and management safety.
Our field of expertise has gradually broadened with new knowledge until we have become what we currently are: OFITECO, a specialized company that applies new technologies in several fields and offers quality services.
Excellence, which is represented by the tuning fork in our logo, is our ultimate aim. This search for perfection, a value which can never be achieved but must always be pursued, has enabled us to provide society with a valuable service.
We are proud of our work, which is performed by a qualified, responsible and enthusiastic staff. And we know that our clients, most of whom have been with us since the beginning, trust our company. Our clients and our employees are our best asset.
We currently invest from 5% to 10% of our annual sales in R&D. This investment has enabled us to develop hydraulic, hydrological and environmental methods, products, services and high technology working tools in collaboration with research institutes and technical colleges.
