Infrastructure

Information Studies

An information study is a set of infrastructure analysis that includes a technical and economic feasibility study, an environmental impact study, as well as the arrangements for the publication of these documents. It also includes the preparation of a report and drawings for the chosen solution, and the supporting annexes for the information study.

Building Projects

We determine the infrastructure details for the building works, and we draw up a report, supporting annexes, drawings, a tender dossier and a budget for the project.

Inspections and Loading Tests

These operations concern the maintenance engineering and the structures management areas. Analysis and diagnostic, remedy implementation and follow-up are the main stages of the following specific tasks:

  • Routine, main and special inspections.
  • Loading tests for approval or assessment of the carrying capacity, and tests with research purposes.
  • Structures repair, reinforcement and adaptation projects.
  • Maintenance planning and permanent monitoring.

Control and Monitoring

This work involves guaranteeing the fulfilment of all contract terms by the contractor; verifying that the works execution strictly complies with the approved project conditions, its duly authorized amendments and the established schedule; resolving technical issues concerning drawings reading, materials status and works units execution; and studying events or problems occurred during works that could prevent satisfactory contract performance or lead to its amendment.
